THAILAND
Every day we walked the
path from Tonsai to Phra Nang beach, leading through this forest
Railay West, always full
of longtail boats
Path between Railay and
Phra Nang
Phra Nang, my favorite
beach
More exciting way to
Railay West is through the cave (entrance above boat's stern)
Entrance to the Tum Choee
cave

There is a 20m abseil so rope and harness are necessary

fishermen make offerings
Dancing in Princess Cave
Phra Nang beach. It's very
popular but has no public toilet
I took a diving trip to Ko
Phi Phi, famous for "The Beach" movie
It's so touristy that is
reminded me of Khao San Rd in Bangkok
Famous Chicken Island. I
don't have any diving photos because my Aquapack leaked
Sawngthaew (literally, 2
benches) waiting for passengers outside the bus station. We said "good
bye" to Krabi
Khao Sok National Park,
established to protect these 3 mud-loving homo sapiens.
Just kidding!
Flowers growing in the
area
Khao Sok is famous for
it's Rafflesia flowers. Every bud is numbered
Rafflesia
is the largest flower in the world (1m diameter). Species from Khao Sok
are slightly smaller
It's important not to step
on any roots, because this would kill the plant
